8th Manila Surfers Cup: SURFskwela Project 2013 happening on February 23 and 24, 2013. Hundreds of Manila-based surfers and spectators are expected to drive up to San Juan, La Union to compete and participate in this fun-filled weekend. Proceeds from this event will fund MSA’s Surfskwela Project, which aims to provide school supplies and equipment to academic institutions in close proximity to the surfing communities here in the Philippines.
