    1. where is the starting point?
    2. how to get there? is there a (free?) transfo from the city to the starting point?
    3. is there an option to camp in the starting point?
    4. any suggestions on budget hotels/pension houses especially for participants outside silay city?

appreciate other information that you can share that would be helpful… thnks

  3. Newbie here. For the SOLO, does it include Transpo from Finishline back to the Plaza? I really wouldn’t want to walk back =B This looks veeeery interesting. Do you have Water stations between the start- and finish- points? Sorry for my questions. How’s the Security and Medical asst plan?

  7. Congratulations to all finishers and to RD Dr. Roberto Ledesma and Mr. Boyet Rentoy. The organizers have done a tremendous job in putting up this race. Job well done!

I have to say that this is one of the best and most challenging trail races ever plus the enthusiasm and support of barangay communities has given. The trails had everything to offer; the romantic promenade of mangrove conservation in Barangay Balaring, the scenic view of Tubo plantation, the open fields of rolling hills approaching Patag Valley and of course the great runners that I run along with.

The last 18K was hardest obstacle so far because of the scorching heat with matching earth powder and the non-stop ascending route. Good thing there were refreshments and food available at some of the stations and we were to re-fill our water bottles and even carry ice water during the last stretch.

Thanks for the yummy lunch and nice medal.
