  1. Hi sa mga tatakbo d2 bukas, baka meron pang pwede maka buddy jan for 10k bukas? txt nyo lang ako d2, 09327632058. have a safe run guys, enjoy natin 2 bukas! :)

  2. Yes there will be onsite registration. Registration is still also on going to Fila Stores at SM Megamall, SM Mall of Asia, Trinoma, Robinson’s Galleria & Ermita, Festival Mall, Market Market.

  3. Terrible terrible race organizer. Absolutely no race markers. Maybe 2 marshalls directing people where to go. Only 2 water stations for 10k!!?!? Runners didnt know where to go, just following the crowd. We followed the map posted here and for the last 4km we were the only ones on the route. The event security were along the proper route but they said we were the only runners they saw. Problems could have easily been solved by proper organizers and simple solutions. Did anyone else really run the whole 10km??

I will still join this race.

No timing chip, no distance marker, just only few hydration station.. Aun.. Medyo disappointed lang.. May nasalihan na akongvtun for a cause like the todo responde run that was organized only few weeks at konte lang sponsors pero i may say na may ok pa un kaysa this run.. Aun lang..

  6. sana kahit papano inisip ng organizer yung mga runner ,alam naman po namin na for a cause ito pero sana do nyo kami tinipid sa tubig last 500 mters nyo na kmi pinainom magulo na nga registration nyo magulo pa patakbo nyo di nako tatakbo dito kasama ng grupo ko.

  7. I agree those comments, about this run, almost every weekend I joined fun run diff places, but this fila run, sorry sad to say I am not satisfied nor happy.. Kulang sa preparation,Hydration???

No marshals to guide the 5k and 3k runners as many got lost! Where is the water? Chaos at the finish line as hundreds of runners stayed and mingled at the finish line area! No timing for the majority of runners.

One of the worst races i have ever joined! :-(

    wala namang sign for 3K.

    2. after public safety college, didiretso ba ang 3 K tulad ng 5k or will turn right tulad ng 10k route?

even if this is a charity run, there is no excuse for sloppy work. you gave charity work a bad name.

sa press release at media exposure ang lakas at bilis parang hi profile event. pero sa actual run, your score is zero.

route uncoordinated and official time (meron ba?) sucks.

hope more new classrooms will built, i pray considering how you implemented the run.

  10. Thank you everyone for joining the run today.

Thank you for all your comments. We appreciate everything that you wrote.

Thank you Pinoy Fitness for supporting us via a space in your site.

    God bless!!

  11. Hey organizers, race results??? Sana wag thank you lang.

Maybe hash tag #Fila where are our race results on twitter?

  12. dont count on it rachel…. this is a VERY disorganized event.
from registration, baggage, hydration, distance indicator, time tracker, and almost everything else…they focused more on the celebrities and publicity and not on the run itself.

  13. Hi, Jaz! It seems so many complains. Its been a day after the event. I hope that these runners, including myself could hear from the organizers.

It was our first run. My 10yo son did enjoy, so its fine with me. I have no comment so long as me, my sis & cousin had a great time bonding together. However, as I follow the post, I felt sad for other runners. Really, its unfair for them. They are veterans of marathon, its but normal that they may find fault. Oo nga, I agree with all their comments. Had it been the way they’re saying a run should be… sana mas exciting, fulfilling & success ang first run ng family ko.

Organizers, we would like to hear from you. Results please… share naman po pictures. There were photographers @ the site. If its for sale, I hope somebody from the organizers had mentioned. Most willing po to buy!

    Thanks!

  14. Nasayang lang yung punta namin from the province just to attend this event but it turned out na a big loss for us. We did not anticipated that coming from a big name like FILA would have a run na very disorganized. Sana marining ng FILA mga comments natin.

  15. Thank you so much for your great and honest comments that will help us do a better job in the future. I personally ask for your forgiveness if you were hurt, offended, not satisfied, if this was a waste of time to u, if you had a bad time in the registration process, was not able to get water in the said water station, if you got lost, no enough race markers. I dont want to make excuses and put blame on our partners or any individual. I take full responsibility and I ask for your forgiveness and sorry if I just responded now. I need to rest as well afterwards. Thanks, totie

  16. Only the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placers both men and women in 3k, 5k and 10k have their time taken last sat. They received their medals plus gift check. I don’t have the list of their names but it was announced last sat. Ty

ln behalf of the Athtetes ln Action (AlA) Philippine Sports Movement, we would like to thank everyone who participated in the Schools Run for School Rooms advocary run last July 7 at the Bonifacio Global City.

With our concerted efforts, we will be able to build classrooms for our school children in lligan City through the GMA Kapuso Foundation. We will also be able to send children to schools through the scholarship program of iCare Foundation. And we will be able to help out the outreach sports program of Athletes ln Action.

We thank all the students from schools who ran with us. Thanks to students of Ateneo De Manila University,
Unlversity of the Philippines, University of Sto. Tomas, University of the East, Jose Rizal University, Far Eastem
University, Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez lnstitute of Science and Technology, EmilioAguinaldo College, PUP,
lnformatics, Technological lnstitute of the Philippines, Trinity University of Asia, Colegio De San Lorenzo,
Philippine School of Susiness Administration, and University of Makati.

Special thanks too to our sports champs Coach Elma Muros Posadas and paddlers from Philippine Canoe Kayak Federation, and our bulk runners from STRADCOM, SYKET LEIGHTON, the Philippine National Police, and the Philippine Coast Guard.

We thank Fila for rallying with us toward the vision of sheltering our displaced school children. We thank Sony, Gardenia, Pocari Sweat, OraCare, Soyami Healthy Chips, Mentos, Milcu, Paramount Life and General lnsurance Corporation, and the Bonifacio Estate Services Corporation, who provided us with services or some sample products as treats to our runners in exchange of their sponsorship.

We thank Huper lnternationalfor helping us organize this run that, accordingto a BGC personnel, is one of the biggest and cleanest runs he has ever seen held in the venue. We also thank GWorld for their extended
    assistance.

It didnt escape us, however, that there were areas of improvement in the race itself. As race director and
overall-in-charge of the technical aspects of the race, AIA would like to sincerely apologize for the technical
weak spots. Rest assured that we are taking all these in consideration as we commit to do better than our best
    in our future runs.

Again, we thank you earnestly. You deserve a pat on the back for unleashing the power your feet for a great,
    great cause.

We will keep you posted about the Schools Run for School Rooms project. We’re all in this together.

    COACH TOTIE ANDES
    National Director
    Athletes ln Action Philippines

  18. Anyway, still my WORST ever run. dapat divisoria run ang tawag kasi parang namimili lang divisoria mga tao, walang pakialaman. Our group will definitely NOT join any future run ng AIA.

  19. TO MY FELLOW RUNNERS!!!

HUPER INTERNATIONAL is not a legitimate event organizer, and walang experience pagdating sa running event. they are the people behind the church of joel villanueva of TESDA. kaya kita nyo puro mukha ni joel ang nandun.
