  1. Ano pong sasakyan na bus/jeep/FX/train/tricycle/pedicab from Quezon City papuntang SLSU, Lucban, Quezon?

Tempting kasi medyo mura kumpara sa ibang patakbo.

  2. BUS Terminal in TAFT fronting Atrium Hotel.Signboard – San Pablo to Public Market, then ride a JEEP . then shoot..

Kelan last reg, thanks

  5. sayang short notice ito…. would have wanted… mura pati… Pls promote earlier sana…. :) home town ko pa naman quezon

  6. @gener thanks

    medal for 12k for P400 only. So.. very… tempting…

Hangsaya ng medal collectors dito. Are the runners going to step on any part of Mt. Banahaw itself?

  7. To the Organizers:

. . . what time first trip sa buendia? (manila area)

    . . . what bus company?

    . . . ilang oras papunta dun?

. . . may hotel/motel ba na pede tuluyan? magkano rate?

  9. guys, ilang hours ung byahe from manila to slsu pag commute lang? at may nakakaalam ba kung may jeep na kaya nun from papuntang slsu from 12mn to 3am?

  10. To echo JP’s comment above – does the route go on the mountain at all? Is is hilly? The route map is very straight so I’m guessing there are not hills.

  11. F.Y.I.
The route is along the highway so hindi po ito along the trails of Mt. Banahaw itself pero makikita niyo po yung mountain and rice fields of Lucban sa gilid. The route will also pass through the town proper (for 6k, 12k and 24k) and the Kamay ni Hesus Healing Church aka Grotto (for 3k and 24k). Marami din po tourist spots here kaya worth it ang pagpunta niyo kung saka sakali.

  12. Yeah let’s join na. Where else can you find an event that offers medals for P400 these days? Medal hounds should be salivating over this one.

Sakay ako sa EDSA-Kamias ng bus papunta Lucena and then jeep to Lucban (sana may jeep sa madaling araw). Departure late friday night. 6 hours total? Magkano po kaya aabutin sa bus at jeep fares?

At saka paki-extend po sana yung registration sa Market Market pls.

  13. Bad news about this race for Manilenos – despite the fact that it says there will be registration at Chris Sports Market Market until March 7, I went there today, March 5, and was told that registration was closed yesterday! And this race was not even advertised until March 1! Very disappointing. I really wanted to join.

to those coming from manila and heading straight sa race, what time po balak nyo umalis ng manila friday night? :)

  19. @QueenP
ang alis ko from Manila before lunch of Friday via the Sta.Cruz, Laguna bus at the corner of Cubao & EDSA.
gud thing we have a family friend’s house na pwedeng matuluyan overnight sa Lucban town proper.

see you on event morning ah.

  20. @JP
see u before gunstart. ill be wearing PF shirt syempre. not sure kung makakarating din si Angry Bird balloon ko ^_^

  22. @Ms_Mars
yup friday night alis ko. Won’t be staying in a hotel so malamang takbo agad pagbaba ng jeep sa SLSU haha

  24. @JP
yung singlet ko is Medium. I texted the organizer, pde raw magpapalit ng size on the race day. I prefer XL or XXL sana…

  25. Thanks hvyrunnr. Ako din kasi hvyrunnr e. Sana lang di sila maubusan ng sizes. Picture picture tayo kay Mr. Leo Oracion woohoo

  26. To Ms. Mars ofPinoy fitness thank you very much for this wonderful page.

Yes, we are extending our registration up to hindi pa maubos ang mga remaining slots sa Market,Market. To Mr.JP thank you they call it ECO- BIB..Bawal kasi plastic sa LUCBAN.Good Luck and invite more runners.

  27. I was able to register at Chris Sports Market Market. I’m very happy they sent extra bibs there. If planning to register, I suggest you call there first to make sure they still have slots. Really looking forward to this race!

  28. @QUEZON RUN
ahh ok, I like the bib. I hope more organizers use it. Please reserve an XL singlet for me. I might buy it instead of exchanging it. I’m thinking about giving the small singlet they gave me as a gift hehe.

  29. @Quezon Run
    you’re very welcome po ^_^
great to know na marami pang humahabol na runners for the reg.
kita kits po next week. excited for the
    pancit habhab again, hehe.

  30. @Ms_Mars:kami kasi heading straight to the event, so friday night kami aalis. not sure pa what time. See you po sa starting line:)

Yung mga heading straight to the race from manila, sana magkakasabay sabay tau sa bus :))Mga 9 or 10 daw kami aalis.

At kita kita na lang sa kainan, runners, after the race. Masarap daw sa Palaisdaan :))

  31. @QueenP
ah okies. ingats po sa byahe. ill be wearing our yellow PF shirt. pls say Hi and Hello before gunstart time para we have Kodakan moments hehe.
    what distance are u running?

  32. 9:30 pm yata ang alis ng last buses along EDSA. Balita ko may AB Liner buses sa Pureza going to Lucena for P178 non-airconditioned nga lang.

Kung meron kayong alam na Manila-to-Lucena or Manila-to-Sta.Cruz ordinary (non-airconditioned) buses that leave on friday night, pakisabi lang po sa’kin. I’m on a very tight budget kasi :(

  34. @ JP: maliban sa AB liner, punta ka sa sta. teresita,sa Sampaloc un, sa may gwing pagbaba ng overpass going to quiapo, my Raymond bus terminal dun, every hour ang byahe puntang south, kalimitan ordinary bus dun

  35. @noel: thanks po. Meron din daw ordinary bus from sta. cruz going back to Manila for P80 daw.

  36. Sa mga Lucban Runners, kita kits @PF Booth.
meron po taung mga limited stocks of PF shirts and singlets.

many thanks Mr.Quezon Run for providing us a space and tent. kita kits po ^_^

  37. @kuds
within the activity area malamang. ill check with the Organizers later pagdating ko sa site. byahe nko to Lucban this morning.

kita kits, jst look for me tom, wearing the yellow PF shirt. bring along ur friends, Kuds.

  38. This was a very nice race and I’m glad I came from Manila for it even though it was far. There were some organizational problems (I didn’t see hydration stands until about kilometer 8 of the 12K; lots of car traffic heading back into town; only one small bottle of Pocari after the race and no water). But the route was good, a road out into the country, and we would have had good views of Mt. Banahaw except for the clouds). Cool finisher’s medal too. Congrats to SLSU.

  39. I loved the run! It was even more heavily forested than the route in SIM especially outside Lucban town proper. Running in nature talaga. It was fun hanging out with Ms. Mars in the PF booth and she finished the 24k in the time it took me to finish the 12k i’m so ashamed :( green route, green eco-bib and the greenest finisher’s medal ever! I hope more organizers follow suit.

I just wish the f******ds who stole from Ms. Mars get banned from running events forever!

  40. @QueenP
hi there. congrats din and thanks a lot for greeting me while running.nag-enjoy kba in this event? ako…sobra ^_^

  41. @JP
it was also nice meeting you over at Lucban. there was a good number of us from Manila who travelled all the way to this famous location which the Organizers greatly appreciated.

and you’re right, one of the greenest route and coolest finisher’s medal evahh ^_^
