@camiagirl_mj: Its the 11.5km mark, marami nang 42k runners at c5 by 1am the quicker ones will be there earlier. at 3am you’ll prolly get to shoot majority of the runners on their way back. =)

I saw the sample finisher medals in Riovana, Katipunan. I initially registered for 21k but decided to sell my race kit to go for the 42k category because of it’s finishers medal–it’s G-I-normous! The rest of the finishers medal for the other categories have the same size, except for the 21k medal which is slightly bigger.

Pwede po bang gulaman ang iserve sa hydration stations, yung may sago pa. hehehe. Daming request kasi na nabasa ko.

laki nga ng 42km saw yesterday sa riovana after timex pero lahat naman panalo na kasi may medal at ung experience sa skyway…

wala na bang mag bebenta ng 16k dyan? kahit ung bib lang, bilhin ko 500. hehe

Wag mong ibenta. Ang importante tapusin mo ang 42km even if you need to walk it in between your runs.

close na yung 21k registration sa festival mall. kaasar. we will run na lang sa 16K wave 2. rode a bus today using the skyway route and from what i see/feel eh panay uphill ang route natin. good luck sa lahat and keep yourself on the safe side. see you all on race day! Ü

adp runner – you can check the website of Condura, they have indicated the parking spaces for runners there. Hope this helps. I too am not familiar with the place.

kailangan mong mag practice, para di ka mapagod sa 5k pa lang, at para masanay ang paa mo sa kakatakbo maiiwasan mong sumakit ang paa mo, at baka 1st place ka na sa 2.2k, at kailangan step by step ang level mo sa pagtakbo, ako nag umpisa ko sa 3k & then 5k, tapos naka 5 na 10k ako, sa ngayon 21k lang ang tinatakbo ko, bale nakaka 4 na 21k na kong tumakbo, pero di pa ko nag 42k dahil kulang pa ko sa practice at ayaw ko pa talaga ng 42k dahil baka di kayanin ng powers ko ang 42k, di biro kung mag 42k ka agad sa pagtakbo, ang sa kin lang ay dapat nating ingatan ang ating kalusugan at katawan para maiwasan natin ang maabuso ang ating katawan,

bilang kaibigan ang payo ko lang sa yo ay wag ka munang sumabak sa 42k dahil di mo pa kakayanin, kailangan mo ng maraming practice sa pagtakbo,

I am not sure if they will give medals to those who will not finish the race after the cut off. They said cut off is by 8 am, no runners should still be running on Skyway.

Other than that, all categories will have a finishers medal. :)

for those runners coming from mandaluyong or makati, i suggest you take the bus with alabang metropolis signboard then pagdating sa alabang walk na lang kyo sa site lapit na yun…ingatz…

Sayang, most of RAW members could not run, nasaran nang registration 21km at 42km last Sunday.We are only fielding five 42km runners and four 16km runners.
