NCAA-South will be opening its 12th season this September 6, 2010 at First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities in Tanauan, Batangas.
The NCAA-South brings together ten of the most prominent schools south of Metro Manila for a year of competition in various sports such as basketball, volleyball, chess, football, badminton, table tennis, taekwondo, and swimming. This year, First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities (FAITH), the biggest educational institution in Tanauan City, Batangas will be hosting the competitions and events.
Information About the NCAA South
The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)-South is an offshoot of the NCAA-Manila. To date NCAA-South has nine member schools: First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities (FAITH)-Tanauan, Batangas, Colegio De San Juan De Letran-Calamba, De La Salle Lipa, Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas, University of Batangas, Philippine Christian University- Dasmariñas, San Pablo Colleges-San Pablo, University of Perpetual Help System-Laguna, Don Bosco Technical College-Mandaluyong and San Beda-Alabang.
FAITH will be hosting NCAA-South’s 12th Season this year with the theme: “More than the Game: Unity through Sports.”
